Jilted Husband Builds Electric Chair to Kill His Wife

Margaret got off the homemade electric chair, and a physical struggle ensued. The fight carried on outside the house, and a passerby called the police.
The jilted husband then tried to kill himself by slashing his wrists with a knife. Why didn't the enraged husband return to the garage, and kill himself on his electric chair? He did all that work for nothing.
It's too bad you don't get the chair for attempted murder in Britain?
