Select Energy Services Acquires Eagle Fishing Tools and Services
HOUSTON - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Select
Energy Services, LLC ("Select" ), an oilfield service and supply
company headquartered in Houston, TX, announced today the acquisition of
Eagle Fishing Tools and Services, LLC ("Eagle"), a Waskom, TX, based
fishing tool company.

group of Select Energy Services and further enhances Selects ability to
provide the highest quality customer service and wellsite solutions to

of Eagle, will be offering services through Select Rental Tools as part
of the newly formed division.
