Training Axis Announces Summer Series of New Management Training Courses

Las Vegas' leading management training company, Training Axis, is hosting a series of four open-enrollment management training classes to be held this summer, each designed to help managers grow and become even better leaders. Each class is open to the public, meaning anyone can enroll, regardless of company, position, title or length of time in current position.

Each course is targeted to relatively new managers with one-three years of management experience; however, the courses will benefit all levels of management. The course schedule is as follows:

• Compelling Presentations: July 19, 20
• Coaching for Top Performance: July 26
• SMART Management: Aug 11, 12
• Public Speaking without the Jitters: Aug 23

• "Coaching for Top Performance" is an intensive one-day course designed to help leaders to stop micromanaging, start delegating, and start leading effective teams.
  
  
• "SMART Management" stands for Successful, Motivation, Achievement, Resourceful and Team-oriented, and will help attendees learn to build and lead effective teams that make them and their companies look good.
  
  
• "Public Speaking without the Jitters" is exactly what it sounds like: training to help overcome public speaking, a fear that consistently ranks first in people's list of fears, above even death. This course will teach attendees to calm down, step up, and let their voices be heard at last.
