C.A. Bancorp Announces Resignation of John F. Driscoll

C.A. Bancorp Inc. ("C.A. Bancorp" or the "Company") (TSX: BKP) announced today that John F. Driscoll has resigned as a director of the Company and as Chairman of the Company's board (the "Board"). Mr. Driscoll founded the Company, is the former Chief Executive Officer and has been the Chairman since inception.

The Board is now comprised of three members: Paul Haggis, Frank Potter and Timothy Unwin. Paul Haggis has been appointed as Chairman to succeed Mr. Driscoll. The Board intends to consider its size and composition going forward.
