DIAGNOS Announces Changes to Directors Compensation

DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces today changes to the Directors compensation.

Effective July 1st, 2011, in addition to stock options awards, compensation to Directors is also comprised of quarterly fees of CA $3,500 for their duties as directors and members of sub-committees. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of any sub-committee are entitled to an additional fee of CA $1,250 per quarter.
