Telcocell Forms Advisory Board

Leading Industry Veterans and Business Leaders Tapped to Provide Strategic Guidance

Telcocell Ltd is announcing the formation and appointment of four members to its corporate Advisory Board today. The new members include business leaders from diverse industry backgrounds including Communications and High Tech industry consulting expertise, client perspectives, and the development of mid market consulting businesses. The board will provide valuable perspective and counsel to the Telcocell executive team in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, market trends and operations.

"The four individuals coming together as our advisory board are not only well respected as leading professionals related to industries we serve, but outstanding business leaders too", says Mickey Weizmann, Founder and Managing Partner of Telcocell. "The members of our advisory board will bring us strategic guidance to help us further our service offering to our clients and targeted markets."

The newly tapped Telcocell Advisory Board members are:

Tim Hale

Tim is Founder and Managing Partner of Graphene Consulting, a consulting firm based in Palm Coast FL focused on delivering business solutions to the telecommunications, media, healthcare and real estate industries. Prior to founding Graphene, Tim spent 21 years at Accenture working with leading telecommunications & media companies around the world. Tim has uniquely deep knowledge in the communications & media field. He has superior business process and technology skills and a reputation for delivering exceptional value for his clients. Tim holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce.

J.P. Foley

J.P. is one of the co-founders of Dominion Business Solutions, a management and IT consulting services firm based in Reston, VA. Prior to co-founding Dominion, J.P. was a founder of Washington Consulting, a management and information technology consulting firm that was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alion in March of 2006. JP has also held leadership positions at Bearing Point and Andersen Worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Management Science from Virginia Tech, graduating from the Pamplin School of Business in 1992. J.P. currently serves on the Fisher House Golf Classic Steering Committee, the Children's Science Center of Northern Virginia Advisory Board, the SemperComm Foundation, and the Virginia Tech Regional Campaign Committee.

Tom Vari

Tom is a veteran of the Information Technology field of more than 40 years. He was a professor of Computer Science and Mathematics at York University in Toronto for 25 years and has consulted to major corporations in Canada, the US and the Caribbean (finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, retail, government). He joined Rogers Cable in 1997 as CIO and was recently responsible for all applications delivery and architecture and innovation for Rogers Communications. Tom has served on a number of advisory boards of technology companies, as well as a number of boards of directors of non-profit organizations. Tom did his graduate studies at Cornell University.

Moshe Naftaly

Moshe is veteran leader in the European Communications industry having held several VP level roles at Amdocs and more recently supporting the delivery of large system integration projects at leading European Communications companies. Moshe spent 14 years at Amdocs, as an executive member of the Delivery Division and various Regional Business Divisions, Moshe led some of their largest project implementations with experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance processes, Training Development, and Human Resource Management. Moshe holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and IT from Ramat Gan College in Israel.
