Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HAV), Helios High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.

Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on July 28, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is July 13, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.29 on June 30, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.69%.

Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on July 28, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is July 13, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.23 on June 30, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.75%.

Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on July 28, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is July 13, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.52 on June 30, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.70%.

Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on July 28, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is July 13, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.68 on June 30, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.39%.
