AMN Capital Corp. Completes Initial Public Offering

AMN Capital Corp. ("AMN"), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that it has closed its initial public offering of 1,500,000 common shares at $0.20 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,000. AMN paid to the agent under the offering a cash commission of $30,000, being 10% of the gross proceeds of the offering, and issued to the agent an Agent's Option for the purchase of 150,000 common shares at $0.20 per share, exercisable for 24 months from the date that AMN's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").

AMN has also received conditional listing approval for its common shares from the Exchange. It is expected that trading will commence on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, under the symbol "AMO.P".

AMN's principal business is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" in accordance with Exchange policies. The funds raised under the offering are to be used primarily for this purpose.
