Dozer The Dog's Web Site Raises $14,000 For Cancer Research
By Robert Paul Reyes
"Dozer, the half-marathon-running dog from Maryland, has raised more than $14,000 for cancer research on his Web page." UPI
My dog, Mandy, once ran away but she didn't get too far, my neighbor who lives at the end of my block called me to let me know she had my pooch. But this remarkable goldendoodle ran away from home and entered a half-marathon. I hope this canine inspires a lot of lazy people to jog, or to do some sort of exercise.
Dozer isn't resting on his laurels, he's raising money for cancer research on his Web page. I pray Dozer will inspire older folks to get with the program, and join the digital revolution. If a pooch can have his own Web page, so can a blue-haired old lady or a bald geezer.
Dozer doesn't spend his day dozing off, get off your butt and run a marathon, write the Great American Novel or ask that cute neighbor to go on a date with you.
