Seriously, this gals done three years. She's got a down payment on the heaviest sentence she would get even if she admitted to accidentally overdosing the kid. As long as she's the only one involved who can say thats not true beyond a reasonable doubt? But drag in George and its not only not true beyond a reasonable doubt its absurd.

Baez is insulting the jury's intelligence. By the time the dust settles on this one Florida will have new rules about who can defend capital murder.
