Couch & Associates Now Utilizing Eloqua Cloud Connectors to Achieve HLS (Historical Lead Scoring) to Improve Lead Quality

Couch & Associates, a professional services marketing organization specializing in marketing automation and sales enablement is now able to further empower marketing and sales using added measurable value with Eloqua's new Cloud Connectors.

Eloqua, the pioneer and leader in marketing automation has rolled out new Cloud Connectors in an effort to integrate essential applications in mission critical areas of marketing. Previously, tracking lead scores was a static exercise encompassing a process that would overwrite lead value once new information came in after campaign completion. Now, Eloqua's Cloud Connectors provide an encompassing snapshot of the whole lifecycle of a lead to make better decisions based on the enhanced measurement capability. Lead scores are now able to be stored in an Eloqua datacard to include a record of every marketing action performed with each lead.

Eloqua has been introducing cloud connector capabilities each week in the past several months and Couch & Associates are now able to harness the new technology to further filter and enhance lead scores for their clients based on more accurate lead attributes in campaign responses like Google Adwards, events, webinars and others. Furthermore, as part of the datacard services process, C&A is now able to send all datacard information directly to client CRM to capture the historical overview of each lead and better understand campaign triggers.
