Special Committee of Board of Directors of Tix Corporation Retains Financial Advisor

Tix Corporation ("Tix" or the "Company") (OTCQX: TIXC), a leading entertainment company providing discount ticketing services and branded event merchandising, today announced that the Special Committee of its Board of Directors has retained B. Riley & Co., LLC as its financial advisor.
