Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. Quoted on OTC BB

WABASH, Ind., April 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. (OTC BB: EAHC), a longtime presence in the computer monitoring market, specializing in offering computer monitoring solutions for parents, corporations, and educational facilities, today announced that FINRA has approved the Company's stock for quotation on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. As of April 15, 2011, the Company's stock was quoted on the OTC BB, under the ticker symbol "EAHC."

The Company is proud to note that the transition to the OTC BB from the Pink Sheets was completed more rapidly than expected.

Previously, FINRA had approved a change in the Company's ticker symbol, from PFVR to EAHC, as the Company completed the rebranding efforts related to our reverse merger, and secure a ticker symbol more closely tied to its corporate branding. In addition, on April 1, 2011, Explore Anywhere announced that its independent auditors, Sam Kan & Company, had completed their review of the company's financials for the period ended December 31, 2010. The audit was completed several weeks ahead of schedule, clearing the path for pursuit of quotation on the OTC BB. In preparation for this event, Explore Anywhere unveiled a series of strategic initiatives including the launch of a new investor relations website at www.ExploreAnywhereHolding.com.

Due to the change in ticker symbols, and the quotation of the common stock on the OTC BB, some financial portals have not properly synchronized historical information on Explore Anywhere Holding Corp.
