The City of Huntsville Selects AssetWorks' Fleet Management Software Solution

The City of Huntsville Fleet Management Division is tasked with making sure each city department has properly equipped and well-maintained vehicles and equipment which aid them in performing their duties. Responsibilities include the procurement, fueling services, and repair and maintenance of all types of vehicles and equipment, ranging from automated garbage trucks to emergency response vehicles to mowing equipment. Staffed by over 40 employees with two maintenance facilities, the Division manages a fleet of 2,500 vehicles and equipment.

Looking to move beyond their existing mainframe system which no longer could support their operations, the Fleet Management Division went through a competitive selection process before choosing AssetWorks FleetFocus Fleet Management System.
