Sarah Palin's made up term "refudiate" was named top word of the year by the New Oxford American Dictionary. Don't be surprised if within a few weeks Robert Gates and Mike Mullen will be referring to the American intervention in Libya as a "squirmish."
Palin's saving grace is that she is so cute; I would love to squirmish her. In this context "squirmish" conjures sexy-time action.
