2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management Software Positions Cornerstone OnDemand as a Leader
SANTA MONICA, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Cornerstone
OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD), a leading provider of a comprehensive

management software solution, today announced it has been placed by Gartner
Inc. in the "Leaders Quadrant" of the 2011 Gartner Magic Quadrant
for Employee Performance Management Software report.1 According
to the report, employee
performance management software includes performance, succession
and compensation
management capabilities. The Magic Quadrant positions vendors
according to their "Ability to Execute" and "Completeness of Vision."
In addition to performance management and succession planning,
