2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management Software Positions Cornerstone OnDemand as a Leader

In addition to performance management and succession planning, Cornerstone's comprehensive talent management solution includes platforms for learning management, enterprise social networking, and extended enterprise engagement and enablement. The company recently was placed by Gartner Inc. in the "Leaders Quadrant" of the 2011 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Corporate Learning Systems (CLS) report.²
