DreamBox Learning Dashboard Provides Timely Insight into Student Proficiency and Progress

BELLEVUE, Wash. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - DreamBox Learning, an adaptive learning company, today announced the release of DreamBox Learning Administrator Dashboard, a new reporting tool for school and district administrators enabling them to monitor the participation, proficiency and progress of all students within a school using the DreamBox Learning math software. DreamBox Learning will showcase the dashboard in Booth 2311 during the ASCD National Conference in San Francisco March 26 - 28.

The DreamBox Learning Administrator Dashboard allows school and district leaders to track, segment and customize four essential types of information, including: student use and progress in the curriculum; concept proficiency viewed by grade level, classroom or change over time; class usage during user specified timeframes; and school and classroom license utilization. The Administrator Dashboard reports enable school and district leaders to identify concept proficiency strengths and weaknesses among groups of students, uncover holes in the curriculum, and showcase best practices.

"With 25,000 students in 30 elementary schools in my district, it's impossible to keep up-to-date with how each one of them is doing on an ongoing basis," said John SanGiovanni, Instructional Facilitator, Elementary Mathematics, Howard County Public Schools, Maryland. "DreamBox Learning has addressed this issue by delivering a diverse reporting tool that allows me to access and analyze important progress and proficiency information for each school in my district using the program. By providing reports on student math comprehension and progress, the Administrator Dashboard allows me to check at-a-glance whether our students are on track."

The DreamBox Learning Administrator Dashboard provides straightforward reports in an intuitive format that are easily customized by grade, classroom, and intervals. In addition, the tool delivers at-a-glance information to administrators regarding students' concept-level skills for classrooms, grades, or an entire school for any date in time.

"DreamBox Learning is committed to supporting educators by providing valuable data that they can use to inform their instructional practice. From administrative hallways to the classroom, we've heard the loud call for insightful progress reporting tools," said Jessie Woolley-Wilson, CEO of DreamBox Learning. "Our new dashboard delivers an accurate, up-to-date snapshot of student, classroom and grade-level progress to principals, math coaches and administrators within a school as well as district wide."

The DreamBox Learning Administrator Dashboard delivers a suite of four valuable reports that administrators can use to address various needs. The School Summary Report offers school leaders a classroom overview of DreamBox Learning usage and progress along with how that data varies by classroom and student. The Concept Proficiency Report highlights student accomplishments by grade level, classroom and change over time. The Usage Over Time Report details how and when students use the program both inside and outside of school hours and how use varies by classroom and schools. The License Utilization Report helps administrators track expenses and meet audit requirements by tracking classroom and building utilization and purchase history.
