Super Rad Comments on Filings

LOS ANGELES, March 24, 2011, /PRNewswire/ -- (FBCD) FBC Holdings, soon to become Super Rad Industries, wants to comment on the recent filing. Someone, or some entity has hacked into the FBC filing codes and in doing so changed the recent Form 3 filing. We are currently running a forensic investigation and will expose the guilty party and pursue all remedies possible. The SEC and regulatory authorities have been notified and all passwords have been changed effective immediately. In addition the company wishes to discuss the recent 10Qsb. The shares outstanding as of filing date were correct, however in process is the cancellation of 39.5 million shares. In conclusion Super Rad is extremely excited about its projects, both new license and artist additions.
