Vibrant Response Ongoing At MUTC

Marines from the Chemical, Biological Incident Response Force from Indian Head, Md., participated on Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Ind., while taking part in Vibrant Response 11.1, a U.S. Northern Command homeland emergency response exercise which tests the capabilities of the nation's emergency response network.
