ST. PAUL, Minn. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The fun has arrived! AbleNet, Inc. announced today the launch of switch-adapted toys as part of a broader and growing Toys, Games, and Entertainment product line.

"There's no better part of being a kid than playing with toys!" said Jason Voiovich, Vice-President of Marketing. "And that's true of all children, including children with disabilities. For over 25 years, AbleNet has opened up worlds for people of all ages and abilities to interact with their world, learn how to be a meaningful member of society, and just have a good time."

AbleNet specifically selected toys that encourage learning, inclusion, as well as entertainment. The "Classics" line includes a variety of age and gender-neutral toys that are easy to operate, provide both motion and sound, and are affordably priced. The "Favorites" line features some of the most popular toys on the market today pre-adapted for children of all abilities.

AbleNet's switch-adapted toy line leverages the company's unequaled array of switch access products ready to work with pre-adapted toys right out of the box. Options include direct switch access, timed access and wireless.

In addition to a United States market, AbleNet is positioning its line of switch-adapted toys for the global market, especially the European Union, Voiovich said.

"We're excited to have a selected offering of switch-adapted toys available for the global market," Voiovich said. "This gives us a unique competitive advantage and allows us to serve large new markets of children with disabilities."
