Comcast Providing Free Calls to Japan for Xfinity Voice and Business Class Voice Customers

"Our hearts go out to all of the earthquake and tsunami victims and their families," said Cathy Avgiris, SVP and General Manager, Communications and Data Services, Comcast. "We want to help ensure our customers with loved ones living in or visiting Japan have the means to remain in close contact with them during this difficult time."

Credits and waived fees will be automatic, as no action is required by customers. Comcast will cover fees for calls made to both landline and mobile phones. Comcast's subscriber terms and conditions otherwise apply.
