Diversified Global Holdings Group Signs Letter of Intent With SibTechService-N

Acquisition would expand DGHG's portfolio

Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, the companies agree to negotiate the purchase of all the outstanding equity of SibTechService-N by Diversified Global Holdings Group, and it details the conditions for the mutual exchange of information. SibTechService-N would be acquired by Diversified Global Holdings Group within the next three months.
