Merrill Brink International Hosts Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Panel Discussion

The panel discussion at the March 1 event was conducted in conjunction with key international law firms and corporations who support a variety of industries with FCPA investigations and compliance programs. More than 70 representatives from leading corporations and law firms attended.

Panelists focused on risks stemming from the actions of third-party intermediaries such as agents, consultants, distributors, joint venture partners and others who may do business on a company's behalf.
