China Southern and Oriental Patron Launch their First Multi-Currency RMB Bond Fund
Hong Kong, Mar 8, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Oriental Patron Financial Group is pleased to announce the launch of its RMB Bond Fund through their affiliate CSOP Asset Management Limited ("CSOP"). The Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg and an appealing feature is its capacity to receive subscriptions in various currencies; increasing its attractiveness to overseas institutional and professional investors. The Fund extensively leverages on CSOP's parent, China Southern Fund Management Co., particularly its experience and direct access to mainland issuers.
Managed by Ms. Guo Yanming, Deputy CEO of CSOP, the fund will focus primarily on investment grade issuers. Before joining CSOP, Yanming held the position as Executive Director of Fixed Income at parent China Southern having spent mostof her early career on Wall Street.
