Launchpad Europe Channel Index to Investigate Storage and Security Opportunities for IT Resellers and Integrators

Preliminary results will be announced at Storage Networking World and Infosecurity Europe

London, UK – March 7th 2011 – Business accelerator Launchpad Europe has kicked off its first annual Channel Index survey into the top storage and security opportunities open to resellers and integrators in Europe and North America. The Launchpad Europe Channel Index 2011, open to responses until April 22nd, will also gauge the biggest IT spending stimuli as well as the influence of social media within the channel.

The survey (available at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/channelindex2011) takes five minutes to complete. Respondents may enter into a free drawing to win some fabulous prizes, including an iPod nano.

Preliminary results of the Channel Index will be announced at Storage Networking World in Santa Clara, California and at Infosecurity Europe in London.

Results will also be previewed on the Launchpad Europe blogs, Countdown2Infosecurity (www.countdown2infosecurity.com) and Countdown2StorageExpo (www.countdown2storageexpo.com). These blogs, alongside their sister title, Countdown2MWC (www.countdown2mwc.com), are rapidly becoming essential reading for sales, marketing and PR professionals within vendors and the channel community in the IT security, IT storage and mobile/telecoms industries, respectively.

The Channel Index follows last year’s success of the Launchpad Europe IT Security Index, which gauged attitudes towards data leak prevention and IT security in the cloud.
