Julie Gross and the Mr. Blue Crew are excited to announce the release of her second book, Mr. Blue Meets A Super Swimmer. Visit www.swimwithmrblue.com or call (954)-956-9955.
Julie Gross and the Swim With Mr. Blue Crew teach swim safety through a variety of colorful characters in their books, videos and puppet shows. These tools provide visuals, inspiring swim safety songs, and association aids that have proven to be affective in teaching children with autism and other special needs to swim. Julie Gross's first book, Learn To Swim With Mr. Blue shares a motivational story of a fish named Mr. Blue that captures a child's imagination and makes learning to swim fun. In her second book, Mr. Blue Meets A Super Swimmer, Mr. Blue and his crew meet a new character, Sammy The Salmon.
This addition to Julie Gross's swim safety book series shares the story of how Mr. Blue and his crew learn to love Sammy despite his differences. All of the Swim With Mr. Blue books and related merchandise are available for purchase on the Swim With Mr. Blue website. All proceeds from book sales go directly to the Super Swimmers Foundation, which is now supporting autistic swimming lessons.
Autistic Swimming Lessons: Book Proceeds Support The Super Swimmers Foundation!
Julie and the Swim With Mr. Blue crew are proud to be a part of the Super Swimmers Foundation, which supports swim lessons for autistic children. This organization is dedicated to teaching all children with autism and special needs to learn to swim both safely and successfully in the water, therefore improving their speech, muscular development, and confidence in a fun, loving environment. Julie and her fellow certified swim instructors have the knowledge, experience and understanding needed to help teach children with autism or other special needs to learn to swim for health and safety. Florida has the highest child-drowning rate in the nation. This is why it is so vital for autism south Florida awareness. Julie and the Swim With Mr. Blue crew provide a variety of autism awareness events, as well as swim lessons throughout the year at their pool in Coral Springs.
