Hindus Send Greetings to The Irish Communities on St. Patrick's Day
Hindus have sent early greetings to the Irish communities for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebration which falls on March 17.
Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada today, expressed warmest greetings on the upcoming St. Patrick's Day. He wished for joy, happiness, blessings and cheer to all.
Rajan Zed is the president of Universal Society of Hinduism. He stressed that all religions should work together for a just and peaceful world. Dialogue would bring mutual enrichment to all.
Saint Patrick's Day honors the patron saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick. It is celebrated worldwide by Irish people with parades. Display of shamrocks, a three-leaved plant, has become a feature of the celebrations.
