Macy's Reveals Million Dollar Makeover Finalists
NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The path to personal reinvention officially begins today as Macy's
announces eight contestants who will vie for a chance to win "Macy's
Million Dollar Makeover with Clinton Kelly." After launching in late
December with a nationwide call for entries, eight finalists have been
selected from more than 19,000 applications representing every U.S.
state. They will compete for America's affection and a chance to win the
ultimate prize: $1 million worth of products, services, cash and
experiences that will transform the winner's life.

"Macy's Million Dollar Makeover will be a life-changing experience,"
said Clinton Kelly, Macy's style expert and co-host of TLC's What Not
to Wear. "With eight inspiring contestants, it is an enormous
challenge and honor to help reshape their personal style in preparation
for Americans to vote for their favorite contestant as the ultimate
winner. Applying a blend of fashion expertise, style secrets and
self-confidence counseling, I will have these men and women shining as
brightly as the stars I know they can become."
The eight contestants are:
-
Nicole Box, 26, McClure, IL
-
Annamarie Chestnut, 36, Royersford, PA
-
Tara Clark, 39, Maricopa, AZ
-
Julie Evener, 39, Lancaster, OH
-
Amy Ferrell, 35, Wenatchee, WA
-
Debrah Green, 58, Chicago, IL
-
Ingrid Magnani, 35, St. Petersburg, FL

Throughout the month of February, the eight contestants each received a
head-to-toe makeover with fashions from Macy's and the expertise of
Clinton Kelly. Their personal stories will be revealed to the public via
Macy's Facebook page today. Beginning March 7, two videos per week will
be posted at www.facebook.com/macys
for a week-long open voting period.
The contestants with the most votes each week will continue to the
semi-finals in April. The two videos that receive the most votes in the
semi-finals will determine which two contestants compete in the final
round. Videos for all rounds of voting will be posted at Macy's Facebook
page, giving America the chance to decide who will ultimately win Macy's
Million Dollar Makeover.
"'Macy's Million Dollar Makeover with Clinton Kelly' will give eight
deserving customers a chance to completely reinvent their lives," said
Martine Reardon, executive vice president of marketing for Macy's. "As a

guidance to all of our customers, but this amazing makeover opportunity
takes transformation to a new level with life changing results."
