Lawyers Heat Up the Ice for Hockey in Harlem
(BUSINESS WIRE) - National Hockey League Commissioner Gary Bettman will be among a
cheering crowd of legal luminaries as Proskauer and Skadden lace up
their skates for the fourth annual Lawyers' Cup to benefit Ice Hockey in
Harlem, a not-for-profit organization that provides underprivileged
children the chance to participate in the sport. The puck will drop on
Thursday, March 3rd at Chelsea Piers Sky Rink (East Rink),
Pier 61, at 7:00 p.m. - with Proskauer looking to climb out of a 0-3
series deficit in this hotly anticipated "winter classic."
Proskauer corporate lawyer Jason Crelinsten, who serves on Ice Hockey in
Harlem's board of directors and coaches a team of 11- and 12-year old
hockey players, is available for interviews before and after the game.
Since its inception, the charity game has raised approximately $80,000.
