DENTSPLY International Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

YORK, Pa., Feb. 11, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DENTSPLY International Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on April 8, 2011 to holders of record on March 31, 2011.
