Final Call for Speaker Proposals for the Agile 2011 Conference Set for Monday, February 14

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Agile Alliance, (www.agilealliance.org) a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of Agile software development principles and practices, will continue to accept speaker proposals through Mon., Feb. 14 for the Agile 2011 Conference, the industry's leading Agile development event, scheduled for Aug. 8 - 12 in Salt Lake City (http://agile2011.agilealliance.org/).

Conference organizers welcome submissions targeted at audiences of all experience levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced). The Agile Alliance provides suggested tips for writing and submitting a successful speaker proposal at (http://agile2011.agilealliance.org/speaker-info/successful-proposal/). Interested individuals are then encouraged to submit ideas and proposals for sessions via an online submission system at (http://agile2011.agilealliance.org/speaker-info/).

"The Agile Conference is about community building, learning from peers and sharing experiences that can be useful in advancing the successful implementation of Agile methods," said Todd Little, Agile 2011 conference chair. "I encourage software development practitioners to check out the 17 different stage topics and to submit a proposal for this year's conference that will also celebrate the 10-year-anniversary of the signing of the Agile Manifesto."
