Burglar Leaves His Cell Phone Charging In Victim's Home

When the cops went to Wilkins' apartment the brain-dead crook, Cody Wilkins, was trying to flush jewelry down his toilet. If only there was a toilet large enough to flush Wilkins.
This oxygen thief was charged with ten burglaries; I hope he's also charged with theft of electricity.
When Wilkins asked the cops if could make his one free phone call, let's hope they told him: Sorry dude, your cell phone doesn't have any power.
