PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AVAX Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVXT) ("AVAX" or the "Company") today announced that it filed a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Upon the effectiveness of this Form 10, AVAX will once again become a publicly reporting company. The Company intends to seek to have its common stock trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
