If you're after good food and good brew, chances are you're not, I repeat, you're not supposed to miss this one. Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery is showcasing the art of both the Executive Chef and Head Brewer with their Brewer's Select seasonal promotion.

These newest innovations, perfect pairing, from the restaurant teams began last February 1 and will continue until March 6, 2011. The three-day event is hosted by the Brewer's Association and features over 3,000 beers made by more than 500 domestic breweries. It will demonstrate the latest made-from-scratch menu items that are perfectly paired with the Brewer's Select beer. In addition to these new menu item and seasonal beer, a guest can win a trip for two to Denver's Great American Beer Festival in September 2011. Guests simply fill out a sign-up form at Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery for their chance to win. Guests must be 21 or older to enter. No purchase is necessary to participate.

Seven Bridges Grille will feature a unique beer that their in-house brewer, Eric Luman, has specially brewed for the limited-time-only promotion. Luman used his own recipe to create Rye IPA, a twist on their traditional India Pale Ale with the inclusion of Rye Malt in the mash which gives it a spicy finish. It's generously dry hopped for a big citrus aroma and highlights Luman's personal brewing abilities.

Bill Heckler, Executive Chef, was tasked with crafting a menu to be the perfect complement to any beer that Luman chose. The final result yielded a menu comprised of small and large appetizer plates that are ideal for pairing with Seven Bridges beer.

"A menu of appetizers was the best choice after I reviewed the type of beer being brewed," said Heckler. "Each item on the Brewer's Select menu balances well with the beer being featured during this promotion."

The limited-time-only Brewer's Select beer and menu and will be available through March 6th, 2011. The brewery restaurant will be hosting a tapping party in celebration of the new menu and beer. The party is open to the public and attendees can sample Brewer's Select beer and tasters of the new seasonal menu items
