RBF Consulting Opens Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - RBF Consulting, listed as one of the Nation's top civil engineering firms, today announced the opening of a new Los Angeles, California location. The firm provides engineering, planning survey and construction management for projects throughout the L.A. area, as well as nationally and internationally.

Although RBF has provided consulting services to agencies, organizations and private firms in Los Angeles County for over 30 years, this is the first official RBF office to open within L.A. This office is intended to provide greater accessibility to the many existing RBF clients and agencies in the Los Angeles area as well as providing additional opportunity to serve future clients.

In speaking with RBF business group leaders about L.A., it has become evident that the firm's leaders are looking forward to the new opportunities a downtown L.A. office will bring.

Michael Rudinica, P.E., Executive Vice President, who will serve as the Executive Committee member guiding the office, expressed his excitement for the new location. "The establishment of a formal L.A. office is the next logical step in the expansion of RBF after serving the greater Los Angeles area, and many surrounding Cities, for over 30 years. We are here to stay and interact with the local communities."

Steve Huff, P.E., Senior Vice President and Southern California Practice Leader for Transportation stated, "The transportation market opportunities are significant with L.A. Metro's Measure R program and 30/10 Initiative. Having an L.A. office will allow RBF to broaden our exposure and put us in closer contact with our clientele within the City and County of Los Angeles."

Anna Lantin, P.E., Vice President of Surface Water, expressed that "The RBF Los Angeles office will better serve our staff, clients, and partners on ongoing efforts on surface water services for municipal stormwater programs within the watersheds of coastal communities and the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The RBF Surface Water business group continues to serve key clients on municipal stormwater regulatory compliance."

Susan Harden, A.I.C.P., Vice President in Planning/Urban Design Studio expressed her enthusiasm for the new office location. "We are very excited about the new L.A. office. We are confident it will open up new doors for RBF Planning and Urban Design."
