RX Exploration Contracts Evolution Investor Relations

Evolution Investor Relations is a four year old investor relations firm specializing in publicly traded natural resource companies. Evolution Investor Relations will be responsible for arranging meetings with the financial community in North America in addition to consulting with RX Exploration with respect to producing and distributing effective marketing communication tools and increasing investor awareness.

The President of Evolution Investor Relations is Sari Clement, an experienced communications executive with an extensive corporate and investor relations background. EIR is based in Long Branch New Jersey.

Under the agreement, Evolution Investor Relations will receive a fee of US$6,800 per month plus expenses for a term of one year. Evolution Investor Relations holds no interest in RX Exploration nor do they have the right to acquire such interest.

RX Exploration Inc. is a gold exploration company whose strategy is to re-examine gold and silver projects within North America that have previously reached advanced exploration, underground development or past gold or silver production. The Company is currently focused on re-starting production from its Drumlummon Mine, a past producing high-grade, bonanza-type, epithermal underground gold and silver mine in Montana. Ore from a current test mining program is being trucked to and processed in a leased mill located in Philipsburg, Montana.
