Parrish Medical Center Establishes Accountable Care Organization Model with MDI Viewpoint Analytics Healthcare Technology

The CHN, which includes PMC and area doctors, contracts directly with employers and health plans to provide healthcare services for residents along Florida's Space Coast. Administrators within the network use an extensive electronic medical records (EMR) system to manage patient flow from check-in to check-out and streamline processes across clinical specialties and a number of locations.

Today, hospital administrators have taken the next step in improving healthcare delivery by putting medical data to its highest use - preventative care. Applying analytics to EMR is the key for care coordination among providers and the new standard for preventative health measures that encourage healthy outcomes.
