Panorama Posts 80% Year-Over-Year Growth in 2010 Software Sales

TORONTO, Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Panorama Software, a global leader in proactive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced highlights and results from the company's successful year in 2010.

For 2010, the company recorded an 80 percent year-over-year growth in software sales, attributable in part to its tightened strategic partnership with Microsoft. Panorama Software added dozens of new enterprise customers in 2010, representing an additional increase in its penetration to the enterprise segment. The company also established 40 new strategic partnerships, further cementing its status as a preferred business intelligence solutions partner worldwide.

The company strengthened its relationship with Microsoft throughout the year through further product integrations. Panorama NovaView 6.2 was the first BI solution to natively connect to and expand Microsoft Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 platform. Panorama also was the first vendor to integrate with Microsoft's Parallel Data Warehouse (PDW) solution, which gives users the ability to perform deep analysis on enterprise data sets. Panorama NovaView was recognized in 2010 by industry trade journal SQL Server Magazine for a "2010 Editors Best Award" in its Best BI and Reporting product category.
