Cohere Communications LLC and UbiStor Inc. Enter Into a Strategic Business Alliance

Cohere Communications LLC, a premier provider of hosted VoIP telephony and network delivery services and UbiStor Inc., an industry leader in secure data storage and Cloud-based offerings, today announced their joint venture to offer a fully integrated/seamless suite of services.

This alliance is to provide a cost effective, but highly critical set of services based on the latest IBM and HP Cloud architectures for enterprise voice, data and video communications, inclusive of disaster recovery and data storage / protection.

Established in 2004, Cohere Communications specializes in providing state-of-the-art IP-based communications solutions to the financial, media and professional services sectors. Cohere's customers can be found across North America as well as an international base of clients in eleven countries spanning four continents.

Founded in 2001, UbiStor specializes in providing robust hosting platforms, data protection and recovery solutions to various sized companies in the Financial, Healthcare, Legal and professional service sectors. UbiStor's solutions are all compliant enabled, modular, scalable and designed to address immediate needs while enhancing disaster recovery and business continuity. UbiStor's customers can be found across North America as well as an international base of clients in ten countries spanning five continents.
