Sonic Foundry, FETC Partner to Create First Hybrid Conference

MADISON, Wis., Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonic Foundry, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOFO), the recognized market leader for rich media webcasting, lecture capture and knowledge management, today announced that company's Event Services group will stream FETC, one of the most successful conferences in the United States devoted to K-12 educational technology. The conference takes place this week in Orlando, Fla.

The opening address plus two concurrent session tracks will be webcast for on-demand viewing. In addition to providing webcasts of the sessions, FETC will complement the webcasts with discussion within its robust social media community.
