Express Fitness of Pleasanton Announces Launch of Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness

Pleasanton, CA, January 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Express Fitness of Pleasanton announces the launch of Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™. Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ classes will be added to the group fitness class schedule at the Express Fitness location in the Rose Pavilion Shopping Center of Pleasanton, California, in San Francisco's East Bay.

Express Fitness of Pleasanton will launch the Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ experience with a party style fitness class taught by Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ creator, Cori Ann Lentz. This class will be Free for members on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. VIP passes allowing members to bring non-members Free are also available by contacting Express Fitness of Pleasanton.

Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ was developed to provide participants a fun and effective cardiovascular and sculpting workout. While Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ embraces all the fundamental principles of fitness, the program also combines the basic moves of dance with athletic body sculpting drills to create a dynamic workout that effectively tones all muscle groups, incorporates full range of motion, and improves the cardiovascular system.

Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness uses fun and music as prime motivators for, with pre-choreographed routines that utilize the natural beat, tempo, and music transitions of songs created especially for Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ and popular songs heard on the radio. The routines seamlessly flow from one toning, strengthening, or cardio move into the next. Participants are constantly engaged and entertained with the variety of movements and rhythms including hip-hop and pop.

The pre-choreographed program allows participants to infuse their own style and passion into each class, making it more dance inspired, or more athletic, to make it their own. Participants can also experience the Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness™ program at home with the DVD, featuring creator Cori Ann Lentz.
