Fiskars wins eight GOOD DESIGN 2010 Awards for extraordinary design excellence
MADISON, Wis. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Fiskars is proud to announce that eight of its latest innovations
across the company's home, garden, school and craft categories were
awarded the prestigious GOOD DESIGN 2010 Award, marking Fiskars' 16th
GOOD DESIGN Award. The award emphasizes quality design of the highest
form, function, and aesthetic.
The GOOD DESIGN Award is conferred annually by The Chicago Athenaeum:
Museum of Architecture and Design together with The European Centre for
Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The Museum received a record
number of entries in 2010 from corporations in over 48 countries.
The following Fiskars products were named some of the most innovative
and cutting-edge product designs for 2010 produced around the world.

All winning designs for GOOD DESIGN 2010 will be posted on the Museum's
website at www.chi-athenaeum.org.
All products and graphics will be exhibited at The Chicago Athenaeum in
the GOOD DESIGN show for 2010 in Chicago in June 2011.

prestigious Awards Program organized worldwide. Submissions to the
program are judged by a jury of distinguished design professionals and
leading industry specialists and design press on criteria established in
the original 1950 program for the highest aesthetic in terms of
