CommScope Settles Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against BoreFlex Industries

CommScope filed the lawsuit against BoreFlex in September 2010, which asserted BoreFlex's infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,279,643, a CommScope patent that covers various improvements to toneable conduit with an embedded wire to carry signal for detection by toning equipment.
