Saladworks: Bigger in Texas
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Saladworks,
the nation's first and largest fresh-tossed salad franchise concept,
announces an agreement with a multi-unit developer for three locations
in the Austin, TX area. Earlier this month, the franchise
announced its first Texas deal for three stores in Dallas. New
fans can expect the first Austin store in mid 2011.
Clint Wilkinson, Saladworks' newest franchisee, spent over 15
years in the furniture retail business and hotel management before he
decided it was time to be his own boss.
"I had years of operational and management experience, but it was
time for me to do something independently, and franchising is the way to

also wanted more nutritious, healthy food options in Austin, so when I
