MacroSolve Signs LOI With Clear View Technologies to License Patented ReForm XT

ReForm XT to Mobilize Clear View's The BarMaster Alcohol Inventory Management System; The BarMaster Used at World's Leading Resorts and Hotels

MacroSolve, Inc. (OTCBB: MCVE) (OTCQB: MCVE), a leading provider of mobile technologies, apps and solutions, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to license its ReForm XT™ mobile app development platform to San Jose-based Clear View Technologies™, Inc. Under the terms of the LOI, ReForm XT, which is covered under U.S Patent Number 7,822,816, will be utilized to mobilize The BarMaster™, Clear View's industry leading alcohol inventory management system. The BarMaster addresses $37 billion in annual inventory loss in the U.S. hospitality industry. It is currently being sold through a sales force of 80 people to a large and growing number of nightclubs, casinos, hotels, corporate establishments, along with restaurants, resorts and bars.

MacroSolve and Clear View Technologies are currently evaluating the mobile requirements of The BarMaster. Mobility will further enhance The BarMaster, which is already the most innovative and effective system on the market.
