The Smart Cube Named Among the Top 3 Best Managed Outsourcing Firms Globally in Black Book Annual Survey

The Smart Cube's Top 3 ranking represents an improvement of 36 places from its ranking last year, placing it ahead of several notable industry giants, across a host of parameters including Financial Benefits, Risk Mitigation, Partnership Approach, Problem Resolution, Corporate Reputation and Skills and Resources.

The BBO Rankings were strictly based on responses from client surveys of 2,751 global outsourcing suppliers of various service lines and locations. Vendors can neither influence nor opt out of the balloting process. Developed in 2004, the study is recognized as the only independent industry standard for customer satisfaction in the global services industry.
