Todd Hollander Joins Union Bank as Head of Business Banking

LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Union Bank, N.A., today announced that veteran banker and community leader Todd Hollander has joined the company as head of Business Banking. Reporting to Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Community Banking Pierre P. Habis, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of Business Banking enterprise wide. Hollander will be based in Irvine, California.

A 20-year industry veteran, Hollander has distinguished himself in a number of key business and commercial banking roles; he most recently served as executive vice president, sales division manager for Citizens Business Bank and was also executive vice president and president of the Commercial/Community Banking Group at California National Bank. Previously he was executive vice president, regional president for the Commercial Banking Group at U.S. Bank. During his 13-year career at Wells Fargo Bank he served as executive vice president, division manager for the Business Banking Group.

Hollander is active in a number of nonprofit organizations. He was formerly the Chairperson of the Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Committee for the City of Los Angeles. He has also been a board member of the Orange County Business Council, Cal State Fullerton School of Business, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation among others. Hollander currently serves as a board member and on the executive committee of KOCE public television. He is also an active member and past chairman of Junior Achievement of Orange County and the Inland Empire and has also served on the executive committee for Junior Achievement of Southern California. A native of California, Hollander graduated with a degree in business administration finance accounting from San Diego State University. He also completed the Advanced Financial Management for Executives at Stanford University, the Post Graduate Certificate Executive Management Program at the University of Chicago and the Graduate School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia, with honors.
