Yogurt Mountain, LLC, today announced that America's Favorite Yogurt Store , Yogurt Mountain , will open in Anderson, South Carolina, on November 18, 2010. The Anderson store's grand opening celebration and ceremonial ribbon cutting are November 18. The new store is located in Main Street Corridor at 3192 N. Main Street.

"Anderson is a perfect fit for Yogurt Mountain ," commented David Kahn, President and CEO of Yogurt Mountain, LLC. "Our self-serve concept brings the convenience of build-your-own yogurt and topping combinations galore with a pay-by-the-ounce model in a unique, family-oriented environment."

The ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce begins at 11 a.m. and marks the grand opening of the new store. Festivities continue with the in-store charity donation event from 6-9 p.m. for Anderson Area YMCA. A portion of the proceeds from the November 18^th grand opening will be donated to Anderson Area YMCA.

For nearly 60 years, the Anderson Area YMCA has been building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through quality programs which include: after-school enrichment, outdoor day camp, athletics, aquatics, pre-school, and wellness.

Serving over 10,000 members and program participants throughout the Anderson community, the YMCA operates out of four sites: The Family Wellness Center; Ducworth/Tucker Sports Park; Lake Hartwell Camp; and Westside Community Center Pre-School.
