IT Services Leader Rebecca McCartney Promoted to VP Infrastructure Services as Company Increases Strategic Focus and Business Expansion

Astreya Partners, Inc., a multi-national IT services provider, announced that it has made significant investments in its Infrastructure Services division, enabling the Company to capitalize on long-term trends among organizations who choose to outsource select portions of their IT infrastructure support. As part of the company's increased focus on this high-growth area, Astreya has promoted seasoned IT services veteran Rebecca McCartney to the position of Vice President, Infrastructure Services in addition to making other significant investments in its staff and resources.

McCartney began her career with Astreya Partners in January of 2009 and since then has played an integral role in establishing the company's presence as a recognized leader in delivering customized, IT infrastructure consulting services solutions. In this newly created position, she will oversee all aspects of Astreya's infrastructure services activities including business development, sales and client support.

"Rebecca brings an enormous degree of very relevant, senior-level expertise to her new role," commented Jeffrey Freeland, CEO of Astreya Partners. "We are pleased that the Infrastructure Services area of our business has grown significantly and presents additional opportunities for expansion. Rebecca's high-energy approach and proven track record of client engagement makes her a perfect fit for this very important, strategic role in the company."

"I am very excited about my expanded responsibilities and opportunity to accelerate our expansion in IT Infrastructure Services," commented Rebecca McCartney. "Astreya has developed a differentiated business model involving rigorous recruiting and support for high calibre technical consultants. Our investment in additional resources increases our ability to support both our existing clients and to develop new client relationships."

McCartney previously served as Astreya's Director of Infrastructure Services, a position she held since joining the Company last year. She brings over 15 years of infrastructure services knowledge and experience to her role, having held senior level positions at companies including Taos and Robert Half Technology.

In conjunction with McCartney's promotion, Astreya also announced that it has appointed John Sedivy to the position of Regional Manager, Astreya Partners. In this newly created position, Sedivy and his team of sales associates will focus on attracting new Infrastructure Services clients in the Bay Area and across the Northern Peninsula. Sedivy, who earlier in his career was Principal and Co-Founder of Vitrix Technologies, brings over 15 years of IT sales experience, coupled with deep industry relationships, to his new role.
