This article may turn out to be one of the strangest you have read in some time (even a little crazy) and when I clicked on the link to view the video about this prediction, I didn't think it would be worthy of a mention.
However, after watching the video (at the bottom of the page), I changed my mind and decided to share it with you.
The author of the video shows a clip from an episode of the Simpsons dated September 21, 1997, which reveals what some see as a prediction of the 9/11 attack on the WTC (see image below).
It also shows an excerpt from a program called "The Lone Gunman", which was televised some 6 months before 9/11, where a plane is heading for the WTC towers and flown by remote control (which some have suggested actually happened in the real attack).
There are a number of other examples given, but the main one concerns yet another possible prediction from the "Simpsons". The program was dated May 02, 2010 and shows a nuclear explosion, followed by a clock crashing to the ground close to Homer.
It is suggested that the time on the clock indicates the possible date for this "False flag" attack. The little hand is on 6, the big hand on 11, and the shape of the clock indicates 10 (11-06-2010).
Whilst this may well be a simple case of someone's imagination running wild (the most likely scenario) it would be impossible to put this down as a coincidence if it really did happen.
Of course, we don't have long to wait to find out whether the answer is going to be "No" or "Doh!"
